According to connoisseurs, this tjalk is one of the most beautiful, if not the most beautiful ship in Friesland. In contrast to many tjalks it is a slender and graceful ship, partly due to the low freeboard. The ship as it was before is also depicted in the books 'With sail and treil' (p.55) and 'Het Bruine Schuitenboek' (p.173).
The interior of the ship has been completely stripped. The concrete has been removed and the surface has been completely brought to thickness. ( used, not doubled )
Original details have been preserved and can be used again.
The motor/screw shaft/screw has been overhauled. The old interior can partly be used again and adapted to the requirements of the new owner. The asking price is according to the new owner's wishes. The restoration so far has cost more than € 120,000.
